He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Virginia Scott and Oliver Scott; his brother Bill; his wife Eileen Fay Scott; his children, Julie Scott Fairbanks, Christopher Fairbanks, Michael Scott and Kristen Scott; his grandchildren, Jessica Petty, Jacob, Maddie Scott, Hannah Scott, Ryan Scott, Dalton Fairbanks and Cole Fairbanks; and his great grandchild Wyatt Petty.
