We are sad to announce that on February 17, 2022, at the age of 72, Robert Mitchell of Jacksonville, Florida, born in Norfolk, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence J. Mitchell and Laurette M. Mitchell (Labrecque); and his siblings, Margaret "Margie" Dobben and John A. Mitchell. He is survived by: his wife Lorin W. Mitchell; his daughters, Amy K. Mann (Joshua) and April L. Rodriguez (Jaime); his grandchildren, Jaime "JJ" Rodriguez, Julien C. Rodriguez, Colten J. Mann, Barrett M. Mann and Ayla G. Rodriguez; and his siblings, James "Jimmy" Mitchell and Jean Tharpe (Steve). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
