He was predeceased by: his wife Terry Fawbush; his mother Stella Jo Henry-Johnson; and his brother Gerald. He is survived by: his brothers, Gene (Ellie), David (Smiley) and Steve Henry (Cathy). He is also survived by Many nieces, nephews and cousins.
