He is survived by: his children, Robert Wright, Jr. and Chevron Green; his siblings, Kenneth Jones (Qwendolyn), Raymond Jones, Sandra James (Derrick), Dr. Carl Wright, Donald Wright (Joyce), Paula Wright Coles (Solomon) and Sarah Thompson; and his grandchildren, Ta'Shawnna Wright, Kendel Allen Wright, Conner Lee Wright, Mali Green and Madison Green. He is also survived by cousins and friends.
Visitation was held on Sunday, April 13th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Carthage Chapel Funeral Home (929 W Beaver St, Jacksonville, FL 32204). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 14th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Zion Hope Missionary Baptist Church (2803 Edgewood Ave W, Jacksonville, FL 32209). A burial was held on Monday, April 14th 2025 at the Jacksonville National Cemetery (4083 Lannie Rd, Jacksonville, FL 32218).
