He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Mullis and Ellis Mullis; and his siblings, George Mullis, Gloria Thumel, Bobby Mullis, Tommy Mullis, Dorothy Mullis, Jack Mullis, Billy Mullis and Elizabeth Warren.
He is survived by: his wife Debbie Mullis; his daughter Angie Shook; his son-in-law Jonathan Shook; his grandchildren, Jude Shook and Ava Shook; and his siblings, Darlene McMillan and Mickey Mullis of Terri Mullis, E. W. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
