He was predeceased by: his mother Waunelle Myers; and his son Brian Allen Myers. He is survived by: his wife Vanita Myers; his father Richard G. Myers; his children, Richard A Myers, Jr. (Tammy), Heather Myers Tomlinson (Paul) and Jonathan Myers (Jennifer); and his sisters, Karen Thomas (David) and Angela Tomberlin (Rick). He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren, 1 uncle, 3 aunts, and numerous nieces, nephews, extended family, friends, and friends.
