He was predeceased by: his parents, Archie Johnson and Nora Johnson; and his siblings, Sheila and Jerry. He is survived by: his sons, Richard Johnson Jr. and Laquince Cornell Johnson (Renay Johnson); and his siblings, Claudia, Glenda, Raymond and Michelle.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Hampton Roads Church (14425 Old Courthouse Way, Newport News, VA 23608). Viewing will be held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Nickelson-Cummings Funeral Home (4304 Victoria Blvd, Hampton, VA 23669). A burial will be held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 at 3:00 PM at the Memorial Veterans Cemetery (5310 Milners Rd, Suffolk, VA 23434).
