He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Starkey; his stepchildren, Aaron Bishop (Savannah) and Sarah Woods (Hiatt); his parents, Richard Starkey and Marlene Starkey; his sister-in-law Michele Starkey; and his nephews, Gary Jr. and David Starkey. He is also survived by many cousins and grandchildren.
