She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Frank and Mary Frank; her siblings, Dozie Dicks, George (Annie), Mozelle Dicks (Alonzo), Heyward (Beatrice), Clarence (Louise), Arthur Lee (Alberta) and Freddie Lee; her close friend Gracie Lee Pelsey; and her goddaughter Dawn Pelsey.
She is survived by: her daughters, Carol McWilliams and Frances Buckner (Albert III); her sisters-in-law, Mary Frank and Evelyn Frank; her godchildren, Tracy McDougal, Kevin, Willie, Terry, Katherine and Keith Pelsey; and her daughters, Fabiola Charles and Clara Walker. She is also survived by loving nieces, nephews and friends including her special caregivers.
