A celebration of life was held on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 at 11:30 AM at the Evergreen Funeral Home Chapel (4535 N Main St, Jacksonville, FL 32206). A burial was held on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Jacksonville National Cemetery (4083 Lannie Rd, Jacksonville, FL 32218).
