It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Raymond L Scrogins (Jacksonville, Florida), who passed away on March 7, 2022, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, George Scrogins and Jean Scrogins; his brothers, James Scrogins and George Scrogins Jr.; his wife Jeanie; his sons, Andy (Jessy) and Ray II (Ashley); his grandchildren, Andrew, Matthew, Summer, Ray III and Jace; and his siblings, Bobby, Billy (Valerie) and Linda Donovan (Bill). He was also cherished by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
