He was predeceased by: his parents, Bennie Silas Allen and Barbara Jean Ancefsky Allen; and his brother Ronald Allen. He is survived by: his wife Jennifer Allen; his mother-in-law Martha Phillips; his brother-in-law Jeff Phillips (Diane); and his brother Kenneth Allen. He is also survived by many uncles, nieces, nephews, aunts, cousins, and friends.
