He was predeceased by: his parents, James C Heath and Edna Stevenson; and his brother Lloyd Heath. He is survived by: his wife Alta Ann Heath; his children, Shawn Heath (Donna) and Kim Hammond (Kenny); his grandchildren, Kaleb and Sage; and his brothers, Gerald Heath and Robert Alan Heath (Cindy). He is also survived by in laws, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 6th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Cedar Bay Funeral Home (405 New Berlin Rd, Jacksonville, FL 32218). A funeral service was held on Monday, January 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A committal service was held on Monday, January 6th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Evergreen Cemetery (4535 N Main St, Jacksonville, FL 32206).
