It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Randall Lee Jacobs of Jacksonville, Florida, who passed away on October 30, 2023, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Jacobs and Judy Jacobs. He is survived by: his wife Emecita Jacobs; his sister Amy Johnson (Ken); his children, Heather Westerwelle (Michael), Tara Abelgas, Tracy Jacobs (Anna) and Paolo Abelgas; and his granddaughters, Rheanna Westerwelle, Sophia Abelgas and Lenoir Abelgas. He is also survived by many relatives and friends.
