We are sad to announce that on January 9, 2023, at the age of 41, Rachel Elizabeth Weeks of Jacksonville, Florida passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Daniel Eric Weeks. She is survived by: her parents, David Nathaniel Mullis and Maxie Nell Mullis; her children, Dezirae E. Mullis (Aaron), Daniel Cole Weeks (Bre) and Olivia N. Weeks; her grandson Aiden I. Bell; her brothers, Phillip N. Mullis (Lori) and Daniel Danny Mullis (Melissa); and her grandmother Nadine Gilley. She is also survived by many uncles, aunts, nephews, nieces and cousins.
