It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Phyllis Denise Oca of Jacksonville, Florida, who passed away on March 18, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Freeman and Evelyn Muller (Richards). She is survived by: her husband Fred Oca of Jacksonville; and her children, Freddie Oca of Glen St, Rusty Oca of Jacksonville and Lesley Oca of Land. She is also survived by grandchildren and six (6) great grandchildren.
