He is survived by: his parents, Paul C. Melvin, Jr. and Kathy Asbury Melvin of Princeton, WV.; his son AJ Lewis; his siblings, Roy Melvin (Amy) and Wendy Melvin (Paul Kuster); and his nieces and nephews, Emily, Lacey Melvin, Seth Meredith, Douglas Giesen and Aaron Haynes.
