He is survived by: his parents, Angela Thomas Wesley of Jacksonville, FL and Patrick Shomari Wesley, Sr.; his siblings, Michael Thomas of Jacksonville, FL, Shomaria and Cailyn Wesley of Jacksonville, FL; and his grandparents, Eddie Wesley, III, Patricia Wesley of Jacksonville, FL and Inez Thomas of Jacksonville, FL. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
