He was predeceased by: his parents, Mable Wilson and Oscar Randolph, Sr.; his siblings, James Randolph, Frank Wilson and Naudine Barnwell; and his aunts and uncles, Ernest Wilson (Buster), Willie Nelson (Peter), Rufus Wilson, Marie Hill, Emma Wilson and Altamese Montgomery.

He is survived by: his wife Deborah O'Neal; his son Tony L. Randolph, Sr. (Valerie); his grandchildren, Tony L. Randolph, II, Angel M. Randolph, La'Toya Twiggs and Tierra D. Randolph; his great grandchildren, Destiny Smith, Dy'Mia McKenzie, Corey Covington, Ty'Ren Randolph, Jamari Covington, Ty'Darien Randolph of Justin Rue, Mi, Chaela Randolph and Mi'Lani Randolph; his sisters, Mable Neither, Vivian Hall, Gwendolyn Armstrong (William) and Rose Senior; his uncle David Wilson; his aunt Dorothy Wilson; and his sisters-in-law, Carolyn Thompson and Gloria Crosby. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family and his dear friends.
