It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ona Wingate of Jacksonville, Florida, born in Dayton, Tennessee, who passed away on July 28, 2021, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Paul and Helen Paul (McCoy); her husband Jess "Bunkey" Wingate; her son Scotty Wayne Frasier, Sr.; and her grandson Scotty Wayne Frasier, Jr..
She is survived by: her children, Matthew Wingate (Sheri), Sherri Lowdenslager (Tiffany), Tracy Rivera (Orlando) and Michelle Wingate; her siblings, George Paul, Joe Paul, Nellie Roberts and Dortha Price; and her grandchildren, Heather, Chase, Kendall, Dillan, Taylor, Ashlynn, Tristan, Lance, Jesse, Dakota and Savannah. She is also survived by many great grandchildren.
