It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Norma Shultz Herbert of Jacksonville, Florida, who passed away on November 19, 2021, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her husband John W. Herbert; her daughters, Mary Herbert-Ray, Jacqueline Herbert Seibert and Carmel Herbert DiMauro; and her brother Oscar Shultz of Vine Grove. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren.
