Nora Jean Castleberry Obituary
We are sad to announce that on March 16, 2025, at the age of 66, Nora Jean Castleberry of Jacksonville, Florida passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid Nora Jean farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Nora Jean is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John L. Andre and Phyllis Hanks Andre; her brother John Andre; and her son-in-law Dustin Spradling. She is survived by: her children, David Castleberry (Kimberly) of Jacksonville, Florida and Elizabeth Spradling of Charleston; her siblings, Lowell Andre (Teresa) of Jacksonville, Florida, Wade Andre of Jacksonville, Florida and Kathy Fornicola (Rick) of Kenly; and her grandchildren, Preston Castleberry of Savannah, Georgia. and Haylee Castleberry of Savannah, Georgia.. She is also survived by her family, especially her grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, March 19th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Ferreria Funeral Services Chaffee Chapel. A celebration of life was held on Thursday, March 20th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Ferreira Funeral Services - Jacksonville's Westside (1320 Chaffee Rd S, Jacksonville, FL 32221). A graveside service was held on Thursday, March 20th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
