With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Noemi Floyd (Fairburn, Georgia), who passed away on February 13, 2025 at the age of 70. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Clara Cosme and Manuel Santana. She is survived by: her husband James H. Floyd III; her children, James H. Floyd IV and Jessica H. Floyd; her sister Clara Santana; her brother-in-law Angel Rodriguez; and her nieces and nephews, Kaylie Hicks, Estela Rodriguez, Bea Rivera, Angel Rodriguez, Ramon Rodriguez and Clayton Hicks.
A memorial service will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Parrott Funeral Home (8355 Senoia Rd, Fairburn, GA 30213). A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Jacksonville National Cemetery (4083 Lannie Rd, Jacksonville, FL 32218).
