It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Naomi Ruth Morton (Jacksonville, Florida), born in Pittston, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 30, 2023, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ruth Players and William Players; and her brothers, William Players (Clara) of West Pittston and Peter Players of Sidney, NY.. She is survived by: her sons, William (Betsy) of Sidney, NY., Roger (Kelly) of Jacksonville, FL. and Philip (Debra) of Jacksonville, FL.; her granddaughters, Somer (Brendan Coyle), Marissa (Jeff D'Amore), Hailey and Emily Morton; her great grandchildren, Benjamin, Charlotte Coyle (Somer), Julian and Maddox D'Amore (Marrisa); her sister-in-law Marilyn Players of Sidney, NY.; and her significant other Bill. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
