She was predeceased by: her parents, Maxie Bell (Williams) and Nathaniel Bell, Sr.; her son Edward Bell, Sr.; and her brothers, Nathaniel Bell, Jr. and Ernest "Fat" Bell.

She is survived by: her grandchildren, April Bell, Edward Bell and Tiffany Bell; her great grandchildren, Emerie Bell and Cairo Bell; and her sister Pauline Scott (Walker). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and many sorrowing dear friends.
