He is survived by: his wife Beth Tolocko; his daughters, Jessica, Amy, Trina and Krista; his father Michael Herman Magruder; and his sisters, Martha Stivender Chapman and Helen Stivender Hall. He is also survived by loving aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews.
