He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Fouty and Rachael Fouty; his sister Cheryl Bartell; his parents-in-law, Bill and Agnes McKee; and his sister-in-law Bobbie McGraw.
He is survived by: his wife Billie McKee Fouty. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
