McNair; his parents, Valerie McNair and Freamon McNair Jr.; his brother Dr. Freamon McNair III (Tonya); his aunts, Deidre McNair-Pinkney, Pamela Stewart (Richard) and Katie Stafford (Joe); his cousins, Terence Oates, Sr. (Alicia), Jared Oates, Sonya Griffin Kirkland (Joe), Robert B. Griffin, Shemiah Stewart Gunter (Ty), Mikaylah Stewart, Rachel Smith, Karmi Smith, Solomon Pinkney, Edward Stafford and Lewania Harper (Stephone); and his nephews, Delvin Thomas, Jr. and Tishawn Battiste.
