It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael Butler (Jacksonville, Florida), who passed away on October 5, 2021, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Butler and Martha Butler; and his brothers, Frank Butler Jr. and Samuel "Limeyo" Butler. He is survived by: his wife Iris Butler; his son Michael Anthony Wade Butler; his granddaughter Mi'yanah Miller; his siblings, Clara Peppers, Marvin Butler, Cynthia Taylor, Rosalyn Johnson, Elonett Butler, Karen Butler and Sheddrick; and his aunt Mary Simmons. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
