He was predeceased by: his parents, Norma Jean (Carson) and John Shafter Browning; and his siblings, Cecil Albert Browning and Barbara Denise Browning. He is survived by: his siblings, James Allen Browning of Sanderson, John Paul Browning of Jacksonville, Helen Elizabeth Hertzog (Jeffery) of Jacksonville and Mary B. Brown (Timothy) of Hilliard. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
