With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Melissa Marie Jensen of Jacksonville, Florida, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 7, 2025 at the age of 43. She was predeceased by: her sister Tara Bradley; her grandmother Mildred; and her uncle Larry Culverhouse. She is survived by: her parents, John Jensen and Cynthia Jensen of Lake Park, Georgia; her children, Autumn Jensen of Lake Park, Georgia, Gaige Jensen of Nashville, Georgia and Michael Jensen of Jacksonville, Florida; her partner Shon Wilson of Jacksonville, Florida; her grandchildren, Christopher Massey, Harmony Jensen and Melody Jensen; her siblings, Brittany Westberry (John) of Homerville, Georgia, Kevin Trammell of Atlanta, Georgia, Courtney Jensen of Louisiana and John Jensen Jr. of Los Angeles; her grandfather JD Johnson of Lake Park, Georgia; and her nieces and nephews, Bishop Richards, Makyiah Jensen, Johnnie Westberry, Allen Westberry, Victoria Juarez, Bridget Westberry and Clayton Westberry. She is also survived by numerous extended family members and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Chapel of Music Funeral Services - Valdosta (3831 N Valdosta Rd, Valdosta, GA 31602). A memorial service was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
