She was predeceased by: her father J. H. Driggers; her husband James Lamar Gill; her son-in-law Robert Smith, Sr.; and her grandson Robert Smith, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Peggy Sue Smith of Yulee, Florida and James Kenneth Gill (Ellen) of Brooklet, Georgia; her grandchildren, James Kenneth Gill, Jr., Christina Crews (William) and Christopher Shawn Smith; and her sister Carol Senterfitt of Jacksonville, Florida.. She is also survived by eight great grandchildren.
