He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mothers, Consuelo Hartley and Georgia; his children, Markel Prince Ousley, Khiley Nicole Clemons, Gabriella Aubrie Ousley, Rishon Caleb Michael Ousley of Heaven Mi and Logan Ey'zeah Kennedy; his stepfather Tommie Hartley; his siblings, Clarrissa Fields, Bryson Hartley and Christopher Hartley; his aunt Dorothy Williams; his uncle Joe Lee Williams; and his nieces, Yolanda Williams, Miya Williams and Lyric Williams. He was also cherished by cousins, other relatives and many sorrowing friends.
