He is survived by: his parents, Russell Tobias and Virginia "Helen" Tobias of Maxville; his sister Terri; his uncles, Claude North (Bethany) and Roger North; his aunt Jewel Coverdale; his nieces, Heather Steger (Justin) and Haley Conover (Michael); his nephew Tyler Thomason (Whitney); and his cousins, Alice Heiny (Charlie), Bernie Sacks, Sam Sacks (Lisa), Barbara Cameron (Larry), Elaine Robinson (Roger), Susan Simon (Phil), Kathy McDonald, Linda Schranz, Cheryl McCreary (Ed), Kim North (Darla), Clay Coverdale, Leslie Phillips (Brian), Adam North, Traci Conroy (Joe) and Jana Howell (Tim). He is also survived by cousins and other family members.
