He was predeceased by: his parents, William and Eileen Griffin Jr.; and his siblings, Randall Griffin and Deborah Griffin Bishara. He is survived by: his wife Pamela Roberts Griffin; his daughters, Tara Stratton (Ray), Tiffany Griffin (Jim Boll) and Tessa Scarborough (Rob); his grandchildren, Travis, Ryan, Emily, Savannah, Rylee, Karessa, Makenna and Carter; and his siblings, Mike Griffin, Darrell Griffin (Carolyn) and Sharon Griffin Kilgore.

In Lieu of Flowers donations can be made to the "Griffin Family Fire Recovery Fund".
