He is survived by: his significant other Ramona Beth Huggins (Miller) of Jacksonville; his sons, Kevin Wayne Huggins (Lynn McLeod) of Auburn, AL and Brian Christopher Huggins (Stephanie Hampton) of Jacksonville; his granddaughters, Caroline Elizabeth Huggins of Newberg, OR and Olivia Louise Huggins of Auburn, AL; and his sister-in-law Hargraves (Paul Smith) of Jacksonville. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and other family members.
