She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry and Thelma; her son Jeff; and her brother Henry Jr.. She is survived by: her husband Jay Fields; her sons, David (Lisa) and James (Lillian); her grandchildren, Anthony (Kristi) and Taylor (Casey); and her great grandchildren, Ellie and Finley. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
