He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Crawford Jarvis; his parents, Herbert Williams Jarvis and Mary Katherine "Kate" Rogers Jarvis; his sister Mary Poindexter; and his brother-in-law Mark Tomlinson.
He is survived by: his daughter Paige; his son-in-law Brent Hyskell; his grandchildren, Hunter Pruitt (Hannah), Corey Hyskell, Brianna Hyskell and Katie Stukes; his great grandchildren, Holton, Henleigh, Kyleigh and Kennedi; and his sister Julia Tomlinson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 24th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Peeples Family Funeral Homes (14165 N Main St, Jacksonville, FL 32218). A celebration of life was held on Friday, January 24th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 3:45 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Monday, January 27th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 9:30 AM at the Jacksonville National Cemetery (4083 Lannie Rd, Jacksonville, FL 32218).
