It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mara Elaine Sullivan of Jacksonville, Florida, who passed away on December 9, 2022, at the age of 17, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Billy Sullivan, Jr.; and her great-grandparents, Toby and Gayle Quarles. She is survived by: her mother Shelly Rowe Sullivan; her brothers, Nicholas Sullivan and Austin Sullivan; her grandparents, Richard Colson (Janice Peeples), Thomas O'Neal and Linda O'Neal; her uncles, Allen Peeples and Billy Whitaker; and her grandmother Sandra Whitaker. She is also survived by several other extended family members; countless number of friends.
