A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Serenity Chapel (6665 New Kings Rd, Jacksonville, FL 32219). An entombment was held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at the Evergreen Cemetery (4535 N Main St, Jacksonville, FL 32206).
