She is survived by: her children, Stephanie Bess-Harris, Tiffany Bess, Clarence Bess, IV, Jaleigh Renee Bowman and LaTasha Bowman; her grandchildren, Shana Provencher (John), Clarence Bess, Tavion Ford, Shaumaryon Sassnett, Phillip Bess, Darrell Parker, Darius Parker, Honesti Bowman, Christain Bowman, Jah'Zaria Harris, Eri'yuana Bess, Jamar Bess, Jakye'a Darden and Ariah Bess; her great grandchildren, Matthew Provencher and Jaxson Provencher; her siblings, Willie Lee Williams (Aminah), Katie Williams, Addie Simmons and Connie Bowman Lee (Terry Sr.); and her cousins, George Mitchell, Jr. (late Florence) and Mamie Russ. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, God-children, extended family, and friends.
