She is survived by: her husband Millard Lee Forrester (Millard Lee); her sons, Brooks Holtzendorff of South Carolina and Erik Holtzendorff of Virginia; her grandchildren, Michael and Laura; her siblings, Gail Miller (Waymon), Larry (Gladdis) and Dwight (Debbie); and her stepchildren, Scot Forrester and Lee Plumb. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
