It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Luis Silan Panganiban of Jacksonville, Florida, who passed away on September 10, 2023, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his granddaughter Valerie Anne Weaver; his parents, Arsenio Panganiban and Zoila Panganiban (Silan); and his siblings, Pedro, Eladio Panganiban and Magdalena Umali.
He is survived by: his wife Remy (Teaño); his children, Arlene Weaver (Panganiban) and Kenneth; his granddaughters, Alyssa and Ashton Weaver; and his sister Soledad Peñalba. He is also survived by his family, friends.
