She was predeceased by : her husband Jerry Tadlock; and her sister Sandy Akel. She is survived by : her parents, Salem Akel and Siham Akel; her daughter Heather Tadlock (Colin); her sisters, Jean Martha (Iskander), Linda Althouse (Dan) and Marsha Martin (Eric); her grandchildren, Cora and Rowan; and her nephews, Tony Martha, Chris Martha, Owen Althouse, Jake Martin and Luke Martin.

Visitation was held on Monday, June 17th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Hardage - Giddens Greenlawn Funeral Home (4300 Beach Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32207). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Tuesday, June 18th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. Matthew's Catholic Church (1773 Blanding Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32210).
