He was predeceased by: his parents, Lola Bryant and Wiley Bryant; and his siblings, Alvah, Palmer, Troy, Ernest, Thelma, Eula and Hazel.
He is survived by: his wife Alice Holland Poppell; his daughters, Carol Cobb (Larry) of Piedmont and Patricia Hinson (John) of Jacksonville, Florida.; his grandchildren, Kevin Cobb, Matthew Cobb (Jessie), Lisa Hinson Hagood (Emil) of Richmond Hill and Lindsay Hinson McFarland (Ryan) of Jacksonville, Florida.; and his great grandchildren, Carissa, Katelynn, Violet Hagood and Savannah Cobb.
