He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Ivey Wade and Betty Jane VanPelt Wade. He is survived by: his friend Georgia; his wife Phyllis Luther Wade; his children, Benjamin Wade and Elizabeth Waldo; his stepchildren, Tracey Warren, John Luther and Frances Roberts; his grandchildren, Hunter Bougis, Luke Warren, Ava Roberts, Ryland Roberts and Alexander Roberts; his sister Mary Elizabeth "Betsy" Wade; and his nephews, Jonathan Dudley (Erin), Shiloh Dudley (Tess) and Joshua Dudley. He is also survived by numerous cousins, grandnieces and grandnephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hart Felt Ministries or to a charity of the donor's choice.
