He was predeceased by: his parents, Levy Murdaugh and Vertis Murdaugh; his son Daniel Allen Murdaugh; and his siblings, Ralph Murdaugh (Georgia Dale), Hazel Trippe (Jimmy) and Blanche Medders (Roy).
He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline Murdaugh; his children, Levy J. Murdaugh (Cindy), Steven L. Murdaugh (Judy), Lisa Y. Murdaugh, Billie J. Evans (Brad) and Annette J. Murdaugh; his grandchildren, Elizabeth, Matthew, Jesse, Megan, Nicholas, Kyla, Emily, Carly, James, Amanda and Taylor; and his great grandchildren, Nico, Victoria, Corban, Atticus, Charlotte, Lincoln, Beau, Olivia, Caroline and Annastasia.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Hardage-Giddens Rivermead Funeral Home (127 Blanding Blvd, Orange Park, FL 32073). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
