She is survived by: her children, Joshua H. Wiley, Jakeya N. Wiley and Jacobi M. Anderson; her brother Benny L. Tolbert; her niece Alicia V. Ferguson; her nephews, Nathaniel Tolbert, Jr., Jabar Tolbert and Leviticus A. Bennett; and her grandchildren, Michael J. Walker Jr., Lauren S. Franklin and Heaven L. Roberts. She is also survived by cousins, family, colleagues, and friends.
