He is survived by: his parents, Kenneth Olsen and Katherine Leigh Olsen; his grandmother Evelyn Olsen; his siblings, Sarah Chamberlin (Josh) and Tyler Olsen (Kristen); his nephews, Oliver Olsen and Jude Chamberlin; and his niece Ivy Olsen (Chamberlin).
