She is survived by: her brother Albert Lightbody, Jr.; her son Lenn Bell; her granddaughters, Chelsea Schroeder and Megan Bell; her nieces, April Bell and Missy; and her cousins, Charles Lovelady, Billy Lovelady, Linda Newby, Sallie O'Hara and Richard Scott.

“My name is Phyllis I met Kitty 2014 2015 when she was living in Pompano FL. She and I became friends and the more we talked and shared life experiences the closer we became. After she moved back to Jacksonville we had made several plans to visit each other however we weren't able to coordinate our schedules and for that I regret. It's such a blessing to me to be able to say that Kitty and I are sister friends. I learned quite a bit from her. We ended every call "I love you I love you too,”
